Filters with circular bags
The bags filters of the FCM series or with cartridges FCC have been planned for the disposal of dust in industrial plants.
Features:
- Cylindric shape with single or double shutter for the extraction of the filtering elements
- Filtering elements: circular bags (the filtering tissue is selected according to the features of the product and to the required degree of filtration)
- Emission of powders: max. 10 mg/mc
- Cleaning of the filter elements: with an air jet, by an electronic board scheduling the working times and pauses
Applications:
- Disposal of dust of pneumatically loaded tanks (pressure or vacuum system)
- Centralized suction plants
- Disposal of dust from tanks loaded in any way
Versions:
- in carbon steel
- in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel
These filters can also be delivered in the model “cyclone + filter” for the centrifugal separation of the product at the end of pneumatic conveyors or coupled with hopper and discharge of powders in centralized suction plants.
Machinery above described could be supplied also in ATEX version if required.
