Sieves
CAMImpianti manufactures and installs many kinds of sieves according to the different needs of the plant. SC centrifugal sieves, SCP centrifugal sieves for pneumatic transportations, STP safety sieves for pneumatic transportations.
The SC centrifugal sieves are generally used for safety sievings and in some cases also as clot removers and homogenizers.

The model crossed by the pneumatically conveyed product corresponds to the SCP series; in this serie all the elements are adjusted to work under pressure or under pressure release, and the gaskets are also modified to ensure that no powder is released and no air return takes place.
The sieves of the STP series have been planned as safety devices for the elimination of big granules on lines of pneumatic transportation.
They are specially recommended for conveying products in powder (floors, brans, sugars, resins and similar products).
The series includes sized sieves for piping systems up to the diameter of 159 mm. and for loading capacities up to 15 ton/h.
The elimination of foreign matters in the material held by the sieve takes place at the end of the
transportation, in manual mode or automatic mode, by means of an electropneumatic control adjustable according to the different needs.

Machinery above described could be supplied also in ATEX version if required.
