Micro batchers
The micro batching plants with screw of the MDC series have been planned for the precise batching of even very difficult products; in this case, they can be united to our vibrating extractors.
They essentially consist in a small hopper for the containment of the product, with a clot-breaker with independent engine and precision screw for the batching. The engine is connected to a frequency converter.
The same machine can be supplied equipped with loading cells, for the operating in loss of weight.
Versions:
- in carbon steel
- in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel
We have also foreseen some systems for a quick disassembly, for inspection and cleaning.
In case of special products, the inner surfaces can be differently treated in order to increase the flowing
capacity.
Machinery above described could be supplied also in ATEX version if required.
