Horizontal mixers
The horizontal mixers supplied by CAMImpianti, with belt or with share, combine an operating ease with a compactedness of structure, an innovating range of accessories and a strong and reliable frame. They are horizontal with a single-shaft engine, for processes of industrial mixing.
Building features:
- Seal in fluxed packing, rotating shaft bearings outside the mixing chamber
- Parts in contact with the product in wearproof carbon steel or in AISI 304 - AISI 316 stainless
steel
- Loading capacity: from 135 to 11,550 liters
- Operating as a dweller with low revs of the rotating shaft, in order to avoid the demixing and/or the failed discharge of the product due to its compacting
Optional:
- Hydrodynamic joint or adjustment of the engine of the rotating shaft for a control by an inverter
- Total or integral discharge door for the whole length of the mixing chamber
- Thermal exchanger on the mixing chamber
- Extra shutters
- Special versions
- Side homogenizers
Machinery above described could be supplied also in ATEX version if required.
