Devised for medium throughput pneumatic transport, pneumatic loaders represent the ideal solution for the
fast conveyance of product from a loading point to the destination one without any leakage in the
environment.
Its operating system is based on the cyclic load-unload principle controlled by a suitable electronic card
calibrated on testing to guarantee the project throughput required.
The models available are the following:
- TGU280 for the conveyance of granules, max. distance 10 m, throughput not higher than 600 kg/h
- TGU500 for the conveyance of granules, max. distance 10 m, throughput not higher than 1500 kg/h
- TP-VP for the dense phase conveyance of powdered products. This technology for vacuum suction is particularly suitable for the conveyance of fragile products and easily demixable powdered blends

All parts in contact with product are in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The standard machine is equipped with a single-phase electric panel (auxiliary voltage 24V ac), extension cable with plug, loading probe with antistatic rubber pipe.
