Slide valves
The slide valves of the series SGM/SGP combine the simpleness and building solidity with a functional system of seal on the knife.
The valve is equipped with double connecting flanges and the product range has nominal square sizes from 150 to 800 mm.
Models:
- SGM (slide valves with manual control)
- SGP (slide valves with pneumatic control)
Versions:
- in carbon steel
- in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel
The slide valve prevents the dispersion of the product in the environment, except in the zone where the knife passes.
The valve is installed when it is necessary to compact the vertical space or when a partial obstruction of the flowing duct of the product cannot be tolerated, as it happens with throttle valves.
Machinery above described could be supplied also in ATEX version if required.
