The vibrating extractors of the EV series can substantially solve every problem in the sector of the extraction of powder products from storage bins and tanks. The special shape of their bottoms and plates, the suspension system and the intensity and frequency of the vibration have been carefully improved by our technicians according to the different types of processed materials. This will ensure a continuous and regular discharge from every kind of tank or storage bin, avoiding the formation of clots, sudden flows and demixing.

Two models of flexible connection are available: cylindrical flexible connection, fixed with clamps or “C” shaped flexible connection fixed with flanges and bolts.

On request, the versions in carbon steel can be supplied with an inner layer of paint made of polyurethanbased, epoxydic or teflon-based resins.

Machinery above described could be supplied also in ATEX version if required.
