Big-Bag emptying units, series SBB, guarantee a fast and safe product discharge with very little dust leakage.

They are manufactured in two models:
• forkliftable: the big-bag is positioned on the unit by means of a suitable lifting cross carried by the fork-lift
• with hoist: the big-bag is positioned on the unloading hopper by means of an electric hoist equipped with electric traverse trolley.

The big-bag unloading hopper includes:
• motorvibrator  to ease unloading
• anti-vibration supports
• door for big-bag opening
• elastic ring for lower hopper coupling

Optionals available:
• pneumatic clamping device on the discharge big-bag outlet with/without stretching-sack
• manual clamping device on the discharge big-bag outlet with/without stretching-sack
• diaphragm valve for gradual big-bag opening
• pneumatic hammers equipped with pneuamtic panel to ease unloading of compact powders
• single-use big-bag cutting device customized according to the big-bag model

• in AISI 304 stainless steel for those parts in contact with product
